Team

Managing Director
The team list sets out who runs each part of an activation from concept through site handover. Based in Woodstock, Cape Town, the studio pairs supplier coordination with on the ground delivery for festival builds and retail launches across South Africa.

Technical MD
Roles on the studio side cover technical direction, venue production, build supervision, and queue planning for different site conditions. Coastal wind loading, Highveld thunderstorms, public egress routes, and municipal venue rules all affect how each lead prepares their pack and checks a setup.

Creative Lead
Creative and production leads work across night programmes, branded gardens, low light installs, and culture led event schedules. Their planning includes power runs, light spill, audience movement, and how a set reads after sunset in open air venues.

Build Lead
Build and operations leads manage join details, reset plans for modular units, and overnight protection when equipment stays on site. Checklists usually cover fasteners, rain covers, cable routes, storage cages, and the morning restart sequence before gates open.

Venue Producer
Venue playbooks are shaped by the people listed here, with each person owning a different layer of the site file. That work often spans malls, airports, museums, and festival grounds where loading access, trading hours, and public safety controls differ sharply.

Queue & Flow Lead
Queue and flow planning sits alongside venue production because entry pressure can change quickly at launches and public events. Gate stacking, barrier placement, dwell pockets, and accessible routes are reviewed against crowd peaks so circulation stays readable for guests and staff.
