Dwell without traps is the note we wish producers had before the week turned loud. We keep the language plain, the steps countable, and the next link obvious: an activation path, a venue, or a booked hour with studio@. The note exists to protect the week, not to decorate a homepage.
Most SA SME production teams under twenty people run on partial systems: a WhatsApp thread that acts as a call sheet, a shared crate that is also a junk crate, and a producer who is still the backup for every role. In that context, this dispatch is less about theory and more about protecting Tuesday. We map the decisions that must happen before the first public hour, before the neon, or before a sample leaves for site. It is easy to overbuild the plaza on day one. When the team is tired, the note is the short sentence they can still defend in a standup.
Start with one blocker sentence. Open one activation path. Run the install leaf before you decorate the plaza. Print the venue card so load-shedding cannot erase the plan from a whiteboard alone.
