Use this card at the tunnel crate, prep bench, or control case before doors open. It records which dust seals were checked, which cloth was used, and whether fresh tape was fitted after the wipe-down. Keep the current printout with our contact form linked from the crew notes if another copy is needed.
Cape Town wind, Karoo dust, and venue loading bays all leave different residue on LED housings. This card keeps the check tight with space for seal condition, wipe direction, and any grit found around cable entries. When power cuts interrupt setup, the next technician can read the last marked step and continue without guessing.
The sheet is built for one printed page clipped to the tunnel kit. Crew mark the top run, side returns, and base sections separately so missed corners do not get signed off with the rest. Add the card reference to the activation plan and venue pack so site managers can match cleaning notes to the exact tunnel build.
