The egress card is laid out for a single A4 sheet that can sit at FOH, backstage entry, and the crew sign-in table. It captures every public exit, staff gate, and lux reading point in one view, so security, riggers, and brand crew are working from the same map. Keep the latest file linked from our contact form when you need the current version for a specific venue.
Short fields matter when a team is checking routes under work lights at 23:00. We use brief labels for gate numbers, assembly points, generator positions, and torch locations so nothing gets missed during a fast walk-through. That format also helps when a phone battery is low or load-shedding has taken out house lighting around the perimeter.
Print the card at full size and mark any temporary barricades, drape returns, or stock cages added during the build. Confirm that exit widths match the live setup, not yesterday's plan, especially at festival tents, mall courts, and retail launch queues. Add lux readings after sunset so the final sheet reflects actual conditions on site.
