Honest load-in windows for city venues.
This sheet records the exact gate time, dock contact, and vehicle order for a build day. Use it on the crew board, then share the same reference through our contact form when a venue manager asks for the latest version. It is most useful for city sites where security, freight lifts, and tenant trading hours can shift access by the hour.
Short fields force the key checks onto one view: truck reg, driver number, freight-lift size, and cut-off for noise. On festival builds, that matters when rain, stage soundcheck, or load-shedding changes the sequence after breakfast. Split Friday, Saturday, and strike into separate sheets when each day has different access rules.
List the venue entrance actually approved for suppliers, not the public pin on a map app. Add security sign-in requirements, parking limits for sprinters and 4-tonners, and any mall rule on pallet jacks or wrapping waste. A one-page sheet works best when the installer, brand team, and runner all read the same timings.
